Term 3 excursion to Nature Kindred

For the Term 3 excursion, children of Artemis Preskool @ Wisteria Mall embarked on a bus-tastic adventure to Nature Kindred! 🚍✨

The day was filled with little footsteps, fluttering wings, and plenty of curiosity as our young explorers set off on an exciting insect hunt. They learned about different insects, observed ants busily at work, and even experienced the thrill of having stick insects crawl gently on their hands. Through this hands-on learning journey, the children gained a deeper appreciation for nature and discovered the important role that even the tiniest creatures play in our environment. It was a wonderful opportunity to explore, observe, and connect with the natural world around them. 🌍💚 🐜🐛

Planting the Seeds of Care with Artemis Preskool @ Wisteria Mall

As part of the Start Small Dream Big project, N2 to K2 children from Artemis Preskool @ Wisteria Mall embarked on a hydroponics learning experience, discovering how plants can grow without soil while learning about environmental sustainability and responsibility. Using the vegetables they had harvested, we invited dads to join the children in a fun and healthy salad-making activity together. 🥗💙 This meaningful experience fostered teamwork, healthy eating habits, and special family bonding moments!

Artemis Preskool @ Wisteria Mall kicked off their Open House with an engaging Curriculum Briefing and phonics session, where parents gained insights into our curriculum and learning approaches. ✨

Families then enjoyed exploring the various hands-on activities thoughtfully prepared by our teachers, creating meaningful and joyful learning experiences together. To make the day even more special, children and parents were treated to complimentary car rides, bringing smiles and excitement to everyone. 🚗💛

ILearning Journey on Protecting the Environment Artemis Preskool @ Bukit Panjang

K2 children went on a meaningful litter picking activity around the estate as part of our learning journey on protecting the environment. Before the walk, the children discussed the importance of keeping our surroundings clean and learned about ways they can care for the Earth. Equipped with litter pickers and trash bags, the children walked around the neighbourhood to help collect litter they spotted along the way.

During the activity, the children showed enthusiasm and teamwork as they worked together to clean up the environment. They were able to identify different types of litter and understood why rubbish should be thrown into the correct bins. The children also practised important values such as responsibility, care, and respect by helping to keep shared spaces clean for everyone in the community.

Phonics Blending Skills Harmoni Preskool @ Buangkok

Let’s learn phonics with our Kindergarten 1 children! 📚✨

Our K1 children participated in a fun and interactive CVC word builder activity, where they used their letter knowledge to build simple CVC words. After forming the words, they practised blending the three sounds together to read each word confidently.
Next, the children took part in a word family sorting activity. They worked together to sort the different word families and checked their answers as a team, learning to revise and support one another along the way.
Lastly, the students became little detectives as they decoded mystery CVC words! By identifying the beginning sounds of different vocabulary words, they were able to create and read their mystery words using their phonics blending skills.

Through these engaging activities, our children are building strong phonics foundations while learning through play, teamwork, and discovery! 🌟

Joyful Time Exploring the Outdoors Harmoni Preskool @ Buangkok

Our little ones had a joyful time exploring the outdoors, where every moment became an opportunity for discovery and play. 🌿☀️

From walking around with growing confidence to swinging with excitement and climbing with curiosity, the infants were fully engaged in their environment. They explored different textures and sights sparking their senses and encouraging natural learning.

It was a wonderful experience filled with smiles, movement, and meaningful exploration in the fresh air. 💛

Community Kindness Campaign Harmoni Preskool @ Buangkok

Our K2 children had a meaningful time participating in the “Community Kindness Campaign” at Sengkang Grand Mall in celebration of Kindness Day SG! 💛

The children spread kindness by handing out their handmade Kindness Cards to members of the community and learning how small acts of kindness can brighten someone’s day. They also explored the neighbourhood to spot everyday acts of kindness around them. 🌈✨

Through this experience, the children learnt the importance of caring for others and making a positive difference in the community.

Elite Kidz Preschool World Water Day 2026

Our children comprehend the significance of water for human, animals, and plants. They demonstrated method for conserving water by participating in bucket of water challenge and engaged in hands-on activities at designated water station. These activities exhibit responsibilities in utilizing and saving water both at home and school.

Artemis Preskool @ Bukit Panjang S&D

Our young friends in Pre-Nursery and Nursery English Speech and Drama have been exploring the story of ‘Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?’ to help with vocabulary and confidence in speaking out loud. As well as reinforcing words the children already know, in Speech and Drama the children pick up a new-found confidence in speaking aloud as a group. We have plenty of fun singing along, using gestures and movement too!

Elite Kidz Chinese New Year Performance 2026

A vibrant and joyful celebration where children showcase traditional and contemporary performances in honor of Chinese New Year. Featuring festive dances, music, and cultural presentations, this event welcomes the Year of the Horse with energy, confidence, and community spirit while celebrating heritage and togetherness.

Children’s Day 2022 at Artemis PreSkool @ Woodleigh saw all the children, parents and staff having a BLAST OF A TIME in the ‘Disney’ themed Carnival. The highlights of the Carnival were
– Fun-filled games such as Golfing, Fishing, Shake the Ball off, Toss the ball.
– Each child went home with a gift, Popcorn and Candy Floss of different colours.
– All children and staff were dressed up in Disney costumes as well.

SSDB Launch Party 2022 @ Kolam Ayer Comunity Club

Greenland Childcare @ Kallang inaugurated the Start Small Dream Big project with the theme “Colourful Love”. The goal is to spread the importance of love, showing appreciation and care for one’s family and those around us in the community through various ground-up initiatives. We are extremely glad to have Guest-of-Honour Dr Wan Rizal, MP from Jalan Besar GRC, together with our supportive parents who are witnesses of the occasion which our sweethearts commenced. The K1 class performed a welcoming song to kick-off the event whereby they showed their affection by singing an original song to greet everybody. The K2s showed off their dance performance, “Shake it Off” to brighten up the audience. Our little ambassadors presented the token of appreciation to all invited guests for their contribution. Children enjoyed playing the fun-filled games as they engaged in multiple physical exercises at the end of the session. Let’s spark our love everywhere! We sincerely believe ”No one can do everything, but everyone can do something!”

We had a Mother’s Day celebration in school this morning. The children showed their appreciation and unconditional love to their mother. The children were prepared and performed special dance for their mummies. We had a few activities to promote mother-child bonding. They had soap-making session, had fun during the musical chair game and the children were given a chance to dress up and put on lipstick for their mummies. The children were seen to enjoy their day with their mummies today. To all mummies, HAPPY MOTHERS’ DAY!

The extra curriculum program provided by Ms Chloe is an innovative and creative learning program. In the extra curriculum lessons learning stations and activities are a fun, hands on approach to learning and can help benefit children’s academic skills. The extra curriculum program covers a wide range of lessons teaching children numeracy, phonics, outdoor experience and discovery of the world lessons. Discovery of the world involves children learning how to explore and interact with all aspects of their environment, within these lessons cookery and science experiments are enjoyed. Outdoor play allows children to seek fresh air and exercise, whilst developing their physical and emotional strength. The phonics lessons help to develop children’s phonemic awareness within reading and writing. Numeracy lessons teach children new mathematics themes and techniques that are scaled to their ability.
